Futuremain Co., Ltd. told that it will participate in '2016 Korea Electronics Manufacturing Industry Fair' held in COEX, Seoul from April 6 to 8 and introduce and demonstrate ExRBM, a cost reduction solution platform for factory automation. Through this exhibition, Futuremain booth (C Hall, A110) will automatically detect and diagnose the defects of the facilities through artificial intelligence algorithms, and provide solutions and demonstrations that show the cause of defects and appropriate measures.

In particular, ExRBM is the solution for which reliability has been proved through acquiring 'ICT convergence quality certification' by detecting the most important defects in facility management and automatically diagnosing what defects have occurred, and presenting countermeasures and arranging standardized criteria in the condition not yet automated. Lee Sun-hwi, President of Future main Co., Ltd., which devised the artificial intelligence algorithm applied to this product, has been engaged in diagnosis of facility, noise and vibration analysis and engineering sector for more than 34 years and has found algorithms that allow machines to diagnose defects themselves while he has analyzed fault mechanisms of equipment of more than one million units as wondering if machine can diagnose the fault of equipment and decided to commercialize the technology of "automatic diagnosis of facility defect" that was developed for the first time in Korea because it thought applying it to industry will improve manufacturing machine and facility technology.

With this technology, Futuremain has five related patents. This product can be used in combination with the on-line monitoring system already used in many factories. It can collect the signals input from various sensors and automatically can diagnose the fault of facility and provide countermeasures as it taking a step further from the real-time checking of facility, which has been already possible. With such a smart platform applied to factory, it can fix fault promptly and then improve facility utilization rate, which help to reduce the cost of factory and company.
