Use Case of Implementing ExRBM

Challenge

Due to the 24-hour high-speed operation of the major production facilities, it was difficult to predict bearing and facility failures, causing disruptions in production. As these facilities directly impact product quality, it was essential to predict failures in advance and conduct planned maintenance activities to prevent unexpected breakdowns. Therefore, the implementation of a predictive maintenance solution was necessary.

Project

  • Applied Machine: Calendar Roll, Extruder, Chill Roll, Pump, etc.
  • By inspecting the target machines and implementing ExRBM, the system analyzes the vibration frequencies of driving motors and gearboxes, allowing for simultaneous data acquisition and automatic diagnosis.
